Von Thanh Nguyen, 74, died Monday, July 11, 2022, at Ascension Via Christi, St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born July 17, 1947, in Vietnam.
Von moved to the United States in 1995. He lived in California before moving to Garden City. In 2003, he married Muoi Thi Lu in Garden City, Kansas. She survives. Other survivors include four children; two brothers; and many Grandchildren.
Von worked for many years at Tyson. He enjoyed spending his time fishing, gardening, and working around the house.
