Veronica “Roni” Ledesma,61, passed away In McAllen, Texas on January 22, 2022. She was born on November 27,1960. She was the daughter of Ezequiel and Remedios (Bribiesca) Ledesma in Garden City, Kansas.

Veronica grew up and graduated from Garden City schools. She first married Jack Michael Gunn, they divorced. She later married Gene Alan Bridgman In Garden City, KS. They both survive. After she moved away from Garden City, she rarely returned, but her roots remained with her wherever she traveled. Veronica was a Military wife and learned to adapt and make friends quickly. She was a giver. A gift giver, a giver of her time, her opinion, and her love. She will be remembered for her quick wit and honest banter. Her children and grandchildren have lost their guiding force. They are left with the fighting spirit she instilled in them and many sweet memories to cherish.

Survivors include her; Children-Heather Michelle Gunn (Tony) of Fort Worth, TX, Renata Rae (Nick) Cantu of McAllen, TX , Zachary John Ezequiel (Melissa) Gunn of Cheyenne WY, Kayla Marie (Kevin) McKay, Travus Dean (Moises) Bridgman of Pensacola, FL Grandchildren- Zachary, MaryJane, Julia, Nicolas, Aidan, Chase, Sebastian and Sophia; Siblings-Regina (Jesse) Ledesma, Gerard Ledesma (Patsy), Jesse Ledesma,(Beatrice) Sister-in-Law-Alice
Ledesma & numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents-Ezequiel and Remedios; Grandchildren-Brianna and Brian Cantu; Brother- Ezequiel-Ledesma and Nephew-Robert Ledesma.
