Tammie Louise Burgess, 47, died Wednesday November 9, 2022 at her home in Garden City, Kansas. Tammie was born March 21, 1975 in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Steve and Ann (Huber) Burgess.

Tammie was full of life and love, she had a love for all things performance art. She enjoyed singing and dancing, often entertaining friends and family with a song, dance, or even a speech that she herself wrote. Although Tammie loved to be the center of attention she loved her family more, especially spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her Mother- Ann Burgess, Sisters- Stephanie & Jacob Stewart of Holcomb, Dianne Boyer, Christina Staley and Suzanne Kirmer all of Garden City, Aunt- Sandra Hill of Greeley, Colorado, Nieces and Nephews- Lexi Blackburn of Hillsboro, Kansas, Peyton Blackburn of Garden City and Kolby Blackburn of Lawrence, Kansas.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday November 11, 2022 at Valley View Cemetery with Rev John Harms officiating. Friends may call from 4:30pm to 8:00 pm Thursday November 10, 2022 at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
