Garden City- Linda Marie Koelzer, 72, died on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on December 10, 1948 in Garden City the daughter of John Thomas & Betty Joan (Cook) Jackson. She married Gail L. Daniels on March 1, 1972 at Garden City. She later married David B. “Coaltrain” Koelzer on August 30, 2008 at Satanta. He died on June 4, 2020.

Linda was a lifetime Garden City resident. She was a homemaker and in 1999 started working at Dillons East as a sacker. She enjoyed reading, visiting with her friends and reading the bible. She was a member of the First Church in Satanta.

She is survived by 3 Daughters- Melissa Munoz and Tammy Munoz both of Garden City and Sherry Farmer of Texas, Son- Matthew Daniels of Lakin, Step-Son- Ben Koelzer of Amarillo, Texas, Step-Daughter- Mandy Sunderland of Satanta, 3 Brothers- Johnny Jackson of El Paso, Texas Bobby Jackson and Darrell Jackson both of Las Vegas, Nevada, 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren . She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Daughter- Debbie Farmer and Sister- Sharon Watson.

Graveside Service will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City with Ben Koelzer officiating. Friends may call from Noon to 8:00 PM Thursday at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City.
