Obituary for Julian Elias Sanchez
Julian Elias Sanchez, 21, died November 5, 2022 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born April 20, 2001 in Garden City, Kansas the son of Guadalupe Sanchez Jr and Melissa Ann Martinez.
Julian grew up in Albuquerque and attended schools there from a young age. He was an avid KU and Detroit Lions fan. His hobbies included skateboarding, creating doodles and spending time with his family. He leaves them with many fond memories of traveling, hiking and enjoying nature. He had a sensitive heart and could not stand discord among his loved ones. He was the peacemaker and mediator within the family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his Parents- Guadalupe Sanchez Jr and Melissa Ann Martinez; Siblings-Raven James Sanchez, Desirea Ann Sanchez & Guadalupe Sanchez III, Nieces and Nephews- Gaettana, Izabella, Jeramiah, Izaiah, & Elias; Grandparents-Juan M Martinez & Andrew R and Mary A Martinez; Great Grandmother-Guadalupe Martinez; numerous Cousins, Aunts, Uncles & his beloved Dog-Atreyu. He was preceded in death by his Great Grandparents-George Martinez, Rachel Martinez & Gilbert and Pauline Lucero.
Visitation will take place 10:00 am – 8:00 pm on Thursday November 17, 2022 with Rosary at 6:00 pm at Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am Friday November 18, 2022 at St Dominic Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery.
