Julian David Ritz, 39, died Monday October 31, 2022 at his home in Garden City, Kansas. He was born September 16, 1983.

Julian was a lifetime resident of Garden City attending and graduating from the local schools. Julian had a heart of gold and loved to make people laugh. He was a talented artist and musician and used music as an expression of who he was. His greatest joy in life was his daughter Lauren, he wanted the very best for her.

Survivors include his Daughter- Lauren Ritz, Mother- Tina Jones, Sister- Kala Jones, Brother- Burton Jones III, Aunts- Peggy Rios, and Barbara Ritz, Uncle- Alfredo Ritz II, Grandparents- Alfredo and Adelina Ritz, Niece- Brooklyn Jones, Nephew- Avery Jones, as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

He is preceded in death by a Sister- Rochelle Jones.

A Rosary will be at 6:00 pm Thursday November 3, 2022 at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm Friday November 4, 2022 at St. Dominic Catholic Church with Rev. Warren Stecklein as Celebrant. Visitation will take place Thursday November 3, 2022 from 11:00 am until Rosary also at Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
