Juan Ramirez Jr., 66, died Thursday October 29, 2020 in El Paso, Texas. He was born September 28, 1954 the son of Juan and Teresa (Hernandez) Ramirez in Mission, Texas.

Juan grew up and graduated from Mission schools and married Maria Magdalena Ruiz in Texas. He later married Leticia Corrales. He had worked in the agriculture field as a truck driver before retiring to travel. He loved road trips and was hooked on cruises. His favorite was in 2017 to Cozumel and Yucatan. Being from Texas he loved all things “big”, including hamburgers. His family will miss his generous and adventurous nature.

Survivors include his mother- Teresa Ramirez Hernandez; wife-Leticia of the home; children-Juan Osvaldo Ramirez and Juan Enrique Ramirez of Garden City, Yesenia Westbrook of Killeen, Texas & Juan Alberto Ramirez of Sioux City, Iowa; grandchildren-Brayden Ramirez, Gavin Ramirez, Allie Ramirez, Dayla Ramirez, Joseph “Jalen” Ramirez, Elena Bryan, Janelle Ramirez & Jaden Ramirez; great grandchildren- Aydenn Kitavarada & Aydrick Kitavarada and Everett Ramirez; siblings-Jose Alfredo Ramirez, Lorenzo Ramirez, Hector Ramirez, Juan Gabriel Ramirez, Vicente Ramirez, Ofelia Orozco, Teresa Ramirez , Jose Antonio Ramirez & Celia Sanchez . He was preceded in death by his father-Juan Ramirez Sr. and grandmother -Teresa Valadez.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Thursday November 19, 2020 at Garnand Funeral Home with Pastor Gerardo Nunez officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday November 18, 2020 from 12:00-8 PM at Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N 7th Street, Garden City, KS 67846
