John Klaus, 58, died Saturday, January 14, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born December 25, 1964, in Garden City, Kansas to Robert Manual Klaus, Sr. and Connie Renick.

John was born and raised in Garden City. He attended Garden City High School. After High School He began his career as a truck driver, driving for more than 30 years. He enjoyed watching the Kansas City Chiefs. Johns Loved being on the open roads riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

He is survived by his Children- Nathan Smith of Garden City, Ks, Megan Thorpe of Sac City, IA, Chance Miller Of Sac City, IA; Mother- Connie Klaus Of Woodward, OK; Siblings- Dawn Winterrowd of Lubbock, TX, Susan (Mickey) & John Click of Yuma, AZ, Robert Klaus, Jr. of Greeley, CO, LouAnn Jones of Garden City, KS; 6 Grandchildren. John is Preceded in death by his father Robert Manual Klaus, Sr. and his brother Terry Peoples.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later. There will be no visitation. The family suggest memorial be made to John Klaus Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N. 7th St, Garden City, Ks 67846
