Garden City- Gabriel Luis Duran, 33, died on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Bangor, Maine. He was born on November 11, 1987 at Garden City the son of Juan Jose & Richelle (Dutcher) Duran. He married Diane Plack.

Gabe attended Garden City Schools. He was a journeyman electrician in the oil and gas industry and was employed by the MMR Group. He was assigned to a project in Bangor, Maine. His greatest joy was being with his children. He enjoyed videos games and being a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.

He is survived by his 3 Children- Brayan Duran, Grayson Duran & Ansley Duran all of Greeley, Colorado, Mother- Richelle Duran of Aurora, Colorado, Father & Step-Mother- Juan & Norma Duran of San Angelo, Texas, 2 Brothers- Antonio Rubio of Garden City and J.J. Duran of Lubbock, Texas, 2 Sisters- Nina Duran of Bellingham, Washington and Talisa Duran of Dallas, Texas, Grandparents- Linda Ellsworth of Erie Pennsylvania and Raquel Duran of Everson, Washington and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM Wednesday at Cornestone Church in Garden City with Pastor Raul Silva officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. Friends may call from Noon to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City. Memorials are suggested to the Gabriel Duran Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
