Obituary for Ezlynn Elizabeth Gaytan

Ezlynn Elizabeth Gaytan, 3, died Saturday March 12, 2022 at her home in Garden City, Kansas. She was born January 14, 2019 in Garden City, Kansas the daughter of Topazio Gaytan.

Ezlynn was such happy and giggly girl always knew how to put a smile on your face when you’re feeling down she was such a joy to be around. She loved her songs and music and loved her morning cuddles and enjoyed playing peekaboo with everyone. Her favorite movies were Coco, Luca, The Willoughbys, Big Hero 6 and Wreck-It-Ralph. She was able to overcome many obstacles despite her challenges at her young age, she never knew a stranger due to her outgoing spirit. Her loved ones will miss her giggles, joy, fearlessness and chasing her around.

Survivors include Mother- Topazio Gaytan (Kahlen Sanchez), Aunt- Saphire (Mike) Mata, Uncle- George Gaytan, Other close family-Lilia (Chris) Rainey, Raquel (Jeffrey) Perez, Lucia Saldana (Lorenzo Hernandez), Bertha (Rob) Repp, Irene Gaytan, Rolando Saldana, Everleigh, McCoy, Brystol, Layla, Naiyah, Rexton, Troian, Great-Great-Aunt Cruzelia Corpus and numerous other extended family members.
She is preceded in death by her Grandmother- Monserrato Gaytan, Great-Grandparents- Jose Z. And Maria Victoria Gaytan, and her Great-Uncle- J. David Gaytan.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday March 18, 2022 at Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:30 pm Saturday March 19, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City, Kansas with Fr. Jacob Schneider officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery.
