Obituary for Diana Lynn Hembree
Diana Lynn (Reynolds) Hembree, 66, died Monday January 3, 2022 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. She was born November 14, 1955 in Lacrosse, Kansas the daughter of James (Jim) and Esther Reynolds.
She grew up in the Lacrosse area attending and graduating from the local schools. She went on to graduate from Garden City Community College. On July 29, 1992 Diana married Robert Hembree in Garden City. Diana was employed for more than 38 years at Sunflower Electric Cooperative. She enjoyed nurturing her flower gardens, bird watching, and most of all spoiling her grandkids.
She is survived by her Husband- Robert (Bob) Hembree of the Home, Mother and Step-Father - Esther and Joe Delimont of Lebanon, Kansas, Stepson- Jason Hembree of Hutchinson, Kansas, Brother- David Reynolds of Ingalls, Kansas, 5 Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Father- James (Jim) Reynolds.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday January 14, 2022 at the Locust Hill Cemetery in Rush Center, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of Garden City in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
