Mark graduated from Pecos High School in Pecos, Texas. He earned his Bachelor Of Science Degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University. He moved to Arizona to work as a feedyard Nutritionist for Cargill. He moved to Garden City to work for Feedlot Nutrition Inc. He worked for Midwest PMS as a feedyard Nutritionist for 25 years in both Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Garden City. Mark enjoyed hunting and fishing.
