Died: October 5, 2015 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas
Born: February 17, 1933 at Leon Guanajuato, Mexico
Parents: Rosalio and Micaela (Alfaro) Terrones
Memberships: St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Leoti, KS
Hope and her family moved briefly to Colorado at the age of 21 before permanently settling in Leoti. She devoted much of her life to St. Anthony Catholic Church. There, she attended mass and prayer groups regularly. Her true labor of love consisted of being the cleaning lady for her parish for approximately 39 years. Her hobbies included everything outdoors such as gardening. She enjoyed cooking and was always ready to prepare a meal for anyone who stopped by. Although she never had children of her own, she was a second mother to her many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents- Rosalio and Micaela Terrones ; sisters- San Juana Martinez, Viviana Jimenez, Concepcion Andrade, brothers- Camilo Terrones, Ted Terrones, Ignacio Terrones, Tomas Terrones, Savino Terrones, Frank Terrones.
