Obituary for Rose Minor

Rose Minor, 92 died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Dodge City, Kansas. She was born September 16, 1922 in Richmond, Missouri the daughter of Chester Otis & Maggie (Bullengs) Brizendine.
On November 29, 1944 she married John Minor in Stokesbury, Missouri. John died on January 3, 1970.
Rose attended school in Richmond, Missouri and then moved to Lyons and Hutchinson. She moved to Garden City in 1953 and then moved back to Hutchinson and came to Garden City to stay in 1969. She was a cook at the Horn And Hoof Café and several other local restaurants. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren in Garden City. Rose volunteered at St Catherine Hospital but her main focus in life was her church and family. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Daughter- Wyona Minor, 4 Sisters, 1 Grandson & 1 Granddaughter.

22 Grandchildren
