Donald went to Ainsworth, Nebraska schools. He worked on the family farm until moving to Great Bend in 1974 to work for Berry Tractor. In 1976 he moved to Holcomb where he worked at Garden City Co-op in the vehicle repair department, drove a truck for Klotz Sand Company, worked at Henkle Drilling, a technician at Oil Alley and lastly was a Oil Lube Technician at Wal-Mart. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, his cap collection, WWE wrestling & fixing things around the house. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, 1 Brother- Vaden Pike & 1 Sister- Bonnie Hambleton.
